Jason remains my "go to" computer man having fixed several pesky problems. Would rate him more than 5 stars if possible. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to explain the fix in detail at my limited level of understanding. I couldn't be more pleased with Jason's prompt, friendly and fair visit. I would have included "responsiveness" and "value" had I been allowed in the qualities above! Jason would (almost) cause me to look forward to my next computer problem!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer an initial diagnosis free of charge with no obligation to pay for repairs. An initial travel fee of $20 will be charged if an onsite visit is required to diagnose the problem. Generally problems can be diagnosed remotely or by phone. If I am unable to resolve the issue, my service is free of charge. When doing remote repairs, full payment must be made prior and will be refunded if issues cannot be resolved.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to get a better feel for the present need(s) from the customer. Sometimes they aren't real sure the best way to explain the problem(s). I'll generally attempt to get on the phone with the customer and go from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been the "Computer Guy" for the last 21 years for sooo many. I have 2 yrs of technical training but the training will never compare to the real world experience I've obtained daily for the last 20 years.
