- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on stone type, repair size, and level of damage. We offer upfront, honest quotes, no hidden fees, and a free estimate if hired for the job. For multiple repairs or an annual maintenance package, we offer bundled pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing photos and a description of the problem. Then we provide an exact quote, explain what can and cannot be restored, and schedule a visit. On-site, we confirm the plan, complete the repair, and finish with sealing and aftercare recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ivan (our lead specialist) comes from a family of stone artisans — He is a second-generation master trained by his father, who worked with natural stone for decades. In addition to a hands-on apprenticeship, he holds a degree in design, which helps him combine technical precision with aesthetics. Over the years, He’s restored and fabricated stone in homes and commercial projects around the world, participated in professional stone associations, and been invited to speak at industry events and college workshops.
