Ivan did a great job. He was prompt, asked me questions , the answers to which aided his work on the project which involved cutting quartz countertop, in place after removal of prior cooktop, in order to accomodate inserting the new gas cooktop to fit the larger base with burners. He
explained everything thoroughly, got to work -- noisy but not messy as others had told me. Very pleased, and I highly recommend Ivan with no reservation.

I would ask for a cheaper rate next time as it amounted to $225 an hour for scrubbing tiles and using caulk to replace caulk. End result was as desired, however. I would recommend.
Hi John,
Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation — I truly appreciate it!
Just to clarify, the pricing reflected several factors: detailed work across three bathrooms, the use of professional materials (which I provided), and the need to address mold, cracks, and deteriorated caulk. The process also involved the use of chemical solutions and acids that require careful handling and pose certain health risks.
I’m really glad you were happy with the result, and I’d be happy to assist with any future projects.
Best regards,
Ivan Andreev

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on stone type, repair size, and level of damage. We offer upfront, honest quotes, no hidden fees, and a free estimate if hired for the job. For multiple repairs or an annual maintenance package, we offer bundled pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing photos and a description of the problem. Then we provide an exact quote, explain what can and cannot be restored, and schedule a visit. On-site, we confirm the plan, complete the repair, and finish with sealing and aftercare recommendations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ivan (our lead specialist) comes from a family of stone artisans — He is a second-generation master trained by his father, who worked with natural stone for decades. In addition to a hands-on apprenticeship, he holds a degree in design, which helps him combine technical precision with aesthetics. Over the years, He’s restored and fabricated stone in homes and commercial projects around the world, participated in professional stone associations, and been invited to speak at industry events and college workshops.
