- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically handle criminal defense and DUI charges on a flat fee basis. So it will not matter if your case is resolved very quickly or over a longer period of time, the flat fee will not change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin any potential representation with a free consultation. I use the free consultation to gather information and understand the charge that you are facing. At that point we can both decide whether or not to move forward with representation.
