- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a good price for quality work. We will not match competitors because it is important to us to offer a quality product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by answering the phone. We schedule a day to walk the property and discuss the project needs. We issue a quote within 1-2 days then work out the details. Once we are approved, we receive a 50% deposit up front, order the material, and then about 3-5 days later we get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in woodworking for over 10 years. I worked for companies and alongside professionals doing custom woodworking. I had a successful fencing company in Charleston, SC, and now I have a fencing company here in the Raleigh, NC area.
