- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never match competitors, it's more of a quality thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by answering the phone. Then we meet up and walk the property. Draw up a quote then work out any details. Once we are approved we pick up the deposit and order the material then about 3-5 days later we get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in wood working for over 5 years. I've worked for companies doing custom wood working then started my own and now have a fully functional company.
