- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mobile grooming is a luxury service, we bring a fully self contained mobile grooming salon to your house. Our prices are all inclusive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk/text about what a customer is looking for and the type of grooming they need. From there a client requests an appointment through my website and we work together to get their dog on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to groom under a Master Groomer that taught precision and corrective grooming. I have continued to hone in on my craft and refine my skills. I regularly attend trade shows and conferences where I am able to network with other pet professionals in the field along with participate in classroom instruction.
