I contacted Brad about changing out a new toilet for an existing one and doing a "reset" on another one in the house.   His estimate was great; he arrived on time and ready to go.  I was so impressed with his speed and professionalism.  He worked quickly but never sacrificed doing an excellent job for speed.  He spent time ensuring both toilets were solidly in place, shimming as necessary to ensure they were rock solid.  And he cleaned up during the process, so when the job was complete, he grabbed his tools and the trash bag and headed out the door.  A consummate professional, I would recommend him to anyone, family members included, looking for an exceptional job at a great price.

Super responsive. He was able to communicate completely over text, which works best for my work schedule. Showed up precisely on time and did the job in record time (replacing a toilet fill-valve). If you like to hang out and chit-chat with your service people, this is not the company for you, but if you want a no-nonsense, quick fix, I highly recommend.

What a great experience I had with Brad and team I’m not writing this because he asked me to do it. I’m posting this because his job was amazing. He went above and beyond rolling out the water filtration system, and took the extra time to learn how to program it even though that wasn’t part of his “ the pricing was competitive he was prompt and he was quite helpful. I would definitely use him again.
