Introduction: Hello my name is Carnell Pinckney owner and operator of Pinckney’s Do Diligent Plumbing LLC. I have just launched my business which is soon to be Licensed through the state so there won’t be any job I can’t take on. As of now I’m specializing in drain clearing, drain repairs, toilets, faucets, tank and tankless water heater installation as well as flushing and maintenance. Minor gas work at the moment until I receive a state license for the business. Having issues closing on a home because of plumbing repairs ???I’m your guy!!! I’m a local Charleston raised kid and have worked for the most qualified company’s in the area. I will bring my expertise and customer service as if I were a big outfit but with fair and firm pricing. I believe in doing what’s right in all cases. My biggest thing is that I am NOT a SALESMAN.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I work off a flat rate system so their is no itemized parts and labor. Each job is by task and I can discount over multiple tasks. I provide parts that I can warrant and I cannot warrant customer supplied parts. Service charge is mandated and can be waived if we move foward with work that day.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Explain there situation in a fashion were they can easily understand and going over the process letting the be clear on every step

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’ve taken courses for Rennai and Navien tankless water heaters as well as 6 years field experience in this region. I’ve taken Nexstar service system training and advance nexstar service training through a company where that was there service system. This is more customer service based so that’s what I pride myself on as well is workmanship!!
