Project scheduled, he was a no show and no call. I texted him at 10am to confirm appointment between 1-2. Heard nothing, after texting him at 4:40, that I hired another installer, he responded with this "Hey George, while I do apologize for any strife I may have caused in your life by not being able to get there at the agreed upon time, people have things that come up and I practice giving grace with all endeavors to ensure I don’t make assumptions that are off base from reality. What’s for me is for me and all I ever do is good by people to keep my soul whole. I didn’t leave you hanging as much as I made sure the client before you was taken care of with extreme focus, the same way I would’ve handled your project. They lived in an area where cell service is virtually non-existent, and I’m just able to get back to answering all of my calls from today. I trust the world continues to deliver to you, the things you desire, at the momenta you expect them without factors of anyone else’s life or business mattering. Take care George. I suggest hiring someone else.

I reached out to PSG Security in the summer of 2017 because, as a single mom, I wanted to increase the security at my home and include a doorbell camera. Mr. Magwood was so helpful, listened to all of my concerns and made sure that my home was safe from burglary and fire. Even though they upgraded my system, I paid NOTHING out of pocket and it is all covered under a lifetime warranty. It gives me peace of mind to know that I can call about any of my equipment and I won't have to pay extra charges or fees unexpectedly. Thank you PSG!! In addition, I was able to add a solar system to my home, along with efficiency upgrades, and reduce the cost of electricity immediately- with an eye towards eliminating it altogether in the future.
