- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service/diagnostic calls are a flat rate. When we arrive on the property, we will evaluate the issue at hand and make the client aware of any additional charges (labor and/or material). Renovation bids are always free. Just give us a call!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer is in need of a service call, we will charge a flat fee to assess and diagnose the problem. We will factor in enough time to fully evaluate the issue and if we will need additional parts. If we do, we will roll the service call price into the total cost of the repair. If the customer declines the repair, we will only charge for the service call. Renovation bids are always free of charge. Feel free to call us and let us be your sounding board. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 9 years working for one of the largest pool companies in the Southeast and an additional summer cleaning pools, I knew it was time to make my entrepreneurial dream a reality. I have presided over hundreds of projects though out my tenure watching closely what works, what doesn't and most importantly what does the customer really want. I am licensed in the state of South Carolina as a Commercial General Contractor: Swimming Pools as well as a Certified Pool Operator. I believe there is little in the pool world I have not encountered, but there's always an exception! I am a strong believer that my relationships within the industry are the key to my success.
