- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to make the process of pool maintenance, repairs, and renovations as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. A brief overview of our process includes, assessing the pool, discussing a proposal, upon approval starting services, and from there providing ongoing support for the duration of the service. Throughout the entire process, our goal is to exceed your expectations and deliver a result that you'll love. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We understand your pool is a large part of your home or business, which is why our team undergoes regular training and education to ensure we can provide our customers with the best service. We are Certified Pool Operators, hold a South Carolina Swimming Pool Contractors License, fully insured, and maintain an active membership with the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals. We also have extensive experience servicing pools for private homes, apartment complexes, hotels, homeowner associations, Municipalities, Aquatic Centers, and not-for-profit camp pools.
