What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing by the job and are willing to work with the customer. We want customers for life, not just one time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out, talk with the customer, discuss their needs, explain the job process so they understand what needs to be done, and work on a price their budget can afford.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years in the industry, CPO licensing, nationally certified, PHTA members, NPC members, multiple certifications, and both commercial and residential experience in the field. Both required and additional insurances. Accredited by the BBB.
