Had a pretty bad leak that led to some serious water damage in our apartment in downtown Charleston so we reached out to a few companies. Reagan, Tim, and the whole Minutemen team were responsive from the get go and helped us work through the insurance process quickly and efficiently. They were able to repair all of the damage and fix the leak so now our bathroom looks as good as new!

Tim greeted me at my front door an hour after my first call into Minutemen ~ having been recommended by Leak Seekers, we surveyed the damage and got an action plan in place (a cracked pipe in an exterior wall) Plumber first than remediation...I had the lucky fortune of having Jack on board ...pulling out damaged wood, plastic sheeting, fans, dehumidifiers and 7 days later, back to put it together again... Jack's carpentry is top notch, and his attention to detail, exact. From paint color matching to new screws, the final product looks better than new. Minutemen is the real deal....quick, responsive and a Property Damage Service that really knows what they're doing ~ Thank you team :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing and give discounts for return customers. We specialize in restoration and mold remediation, but we are a contractor that does all kinds of work related or unrelated, so feel free to ask! We also love kitchen and bathroom remodels!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make sure we are proactive with our customers. If the customer chooses to leave the home during work (which is typical with mold work), we send picture updates every day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Minutemen is an IICRC Certified Firm in 2025 which means all of our technicians hold the required certifications in WRT/ASD for water damage restoration.
