Responded and came out quickly, which was much appreciated. Showed up a bit later than arranged - I didn’t mind but it’s worth noting. Cleaned the dust out of my unit for me, but left the water running in the yard. I caught it right away so no harm done - accidents happen. Fixed my unit quickly without any fuss or issue. Glad to see the inside temperature going back down. 4/5 stars
