Pricing is based on cost of part and labor. If referred, you and the referee will receive 10% off of current or future services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone is welcomed here at Crank I.T. Up! Of course, we start with an introduction and explanation of the issue. From there you will speak directly with a technician and experience the Crank I.T. Up Culture.

Our founder has a degree in Computer Technology Networking, with over 13 years of enterprise technical experience. Our technicians has been trained and certified with Dell and HP.
