Our carpet cleaning is done with a powerful truck mount with powerful suction giving carpets a more theral cleaning as well as fast drying time. Our cleaning is done with out using all those harmful chemicals we also offer hard surface cleaning as well. Hardwood floors, tile and grout,and also upholstery. We also offer power washing of the exterior of your home with top quality equipment.

I had an excellent experience with Pro Upscale Cleaning, Painting, & Pressure Washing. Stepphon painted two bedrooms and an accent wall in a third room, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The work was completed with exceptional attention to detail and a high-quality, professional finish.
Stepphon was courteous, reliable, and attentive throughout the project. He took great care of me to ensure the work was completed properly and left the areas clean and orderly upon completion. The rooms look fresh, polished, and completely transformed.

If you want quality work ,punctuality ,professionalism and great value for your money I suggest you use Pro Upscale Cleaning and Painting. Stepphon , Corey and Joe did an amazing job on my painting project. They were punctual every day, professional and courtesy. Stepphon did a great job in the initial estimate. He gave us some great Ideas and suggestions that work for our home. initially the walls and ceiling was all painted one color. he Suggested we paint the ceilings white which brought brightness to the home. He and his team was also careful about not wasting any unnecessary paint. Last but not least which was very impressive to my wife and I his time line to when he will start and finish the project came in on target . Great Job Stepphon and Team the wife and I will definitely be using Pro Upscale Cleaning and Painting in the very near future for some additional projects. Please see attached pictures

Although I ultimately didn't move forward with the service due to my budget, I was very impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and communication I received from Stepphon. He was responsive, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure.
I appreciated how respectful he was of my concerns and how transparent he was throughout the process. Even though I didn't become a customer, the excellent customer service alone left a positive impression on me.

Before and after. Stepphon and his crew did a fantastic job. Walls and baseboards were a mess, and they made them look brand new. Not only did they beat other quotes in price, but they got the job done sooner, too. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pro Upscale Scale pricing is based on the satisfaction guarantee. I tell customers not to always go for the lowest price but one that offers value. When opting to go for lowest you just might get what you pay for. Lowest sometimes mean not a very good job. Our pricing will match our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost letting a new customer know that they have someone that's highly trained at our profession and that they can trust all employees of Pro Upscale Cleaning an Painting. We walk our customers threw every process of why we do what we do and allow them to give us feedback on all their expectations. We take pride in getting not only the job done but establishing new relationships letting customers know we are a company they can count on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC CERTIFIED . Through proper training, amateur mistakes can be overcome. Someone who has taken courses will know what kinds of chemicals, solvents, and soaps can be safely used on which materials without fear of bleaching them or damaging the textile. There are specific techniques and procedures utilized for the removal of different types of stains. We been painting and pressure washing for years learning new techniques and improving quality. Constantly staying in tune with the industry far as all new types of paint and solvents to better advise our customers on what's best for their specific situation.
