- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nobody wants to pay for a new roof, but what they want even less is to pay for a new roof with problems. We price competitively for a quality new roof that will last you decades. Even if we're not the cheapest around, you know you're getting a quality product and workmanship we stand behind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it easy. You get a detailed quote (usually in about 15 minutes), we walk through the scope together so we're on the same page, then we handle the permits and scheduling. Once the roof work is done, we double-check everything and pass final inspection. We keep you updated with texts and call through the whole project so you're never left wondering what's going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every crew we send out is licensed, insured, and has the experience to handle whatever repairs are needed. We're a GAF-certified, IKO Craftsman Premier contractor with BBB accreditation.
