Brian provided a standard contract for the scope of work. He completed the job in a reasonable time frame. Rate was great. However, I don't believe an actual measurement was taken of my space so I am left with 170 Sq ft of flooring materials that I cannot return. Trash was left in my refrigerator (discarded later upon my request). My sink that was removed for install wasn't replaced in working condition. There were some boards that needed repair, which he attended to promptly - but after that work was complete there was no clean up. Saw dust was everywhere. The job felt rushed and my brand new home the 1st floor was left in disarray/ dirty. I would not use this company in future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is diffrent when it comes to installing new floors. Costs depend on materials to be removed, type of installation ie. (nail down, glue down, floating floor, tile, catpet) and the type of product you would like to have installed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Flooring by AMS wants to be part of your family, we will start by setting up a free quote and go over products that will suit your needs. We will offer you a great price on your products and installation cost. Then we will set up a date to install. When our installers come to your house we will treat all of your belongings as if they were ours. The installers will remove all your old flooring and install your new floors, when that is complete we will put your furniture back and clean up as if no one was ever there.

Here at Flooring by AMS we are all ways educating ourselves on our products and installation procedures.
