Rented a 15y dumpster from Alascans for a few days to clean out our home garage and yard. I was happy to be able to book my bin online on relatively short notice, and the process was easy. The can was very clean, dropped off and picked up promptly and with no issues, and the owner Brian is very responsive via phone and/or text. The rental price is very reasonable and I look forward to doing business with Alascans again when needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about the customer’s project and goals. Then I recommend the best option, provide a clear estimate, schedule the work, keep the customer updated throughout the process, and make sure they’re satisfied before considering the job complete.

My experience comes from years of hands-on work, problem solving, operating equipment, coordinating projects, and working directly with customers.
