I believe in fair, straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises. Every project is different, so I provide estimates based on the scope of work and explain costs up front before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I learn about the customer’s project and goals. Then I recommend the best option, provide a clear estimate, schedule the work, keep the customer updated throughout the process, and make sure they’re satisfied before considering the job complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work, problem solving, operating equipment, coordinating projects, and working directly with customers. I continue learning industry best practices to provide dependable service and practical solutions. Along with NCCCO certs, Graduate of Trade School, OJT.
