The Hebrew word “Avodah” is defined work ,worship and service. This is my goal for the community is to transform relationships to be stronger than ever and walk alongside of each and every one of you. Through coaching our philosophy is to empower you.I believe the path we need to follow is rooted in communication,empathy and connection .My specialities are personal development coaching and marriage coaching.I will never push my beliefs on you rather will lead you into proven strategies. I possess a broad range of knowledge and expertise in child development ,psychology, and emotional intelligence.As a highly accomplished successful executive with more than 27 years of leadership experience with reputable organizations such as the YMCA ,large non-profits and owning my own school Little Promises Academy for over a decade this enables me to have keen eye on observing and optimizing child/ family dynamics and experiences.

Nellie has always been attentive, patient, and understanding. She's also been great at guiding the conversation and giving space to allow me to verbally process my thoughts. Having a good experience and relationship with her encouraged me to be vulnerable and to feel safe in our sessions. She truly helped me understand and work through my emotions and feelings as I navigated a difficult time in my life. We connected on many levels due to her transparency about her own life experiences and because of that, it was easy to learn and walk away feeling heard and understood. I have known Nellie Westpy for 15 years. We met when she was the Director of a Children’s Church department where she supervised and trained and mentored the teachers and staff, and she taught the children as well. Mrs Nellie has a professional way of managing the parents and she has a great deal of attention paid to the child. She is well organized and her communication is outstanding. She has a huge heart for the kids and is extremely professional and sweet.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer several different packages and during the initial call we can discuss what they are. The fee is 110 a session for personal coaching and a discount is offered for group packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin the process with a brief no cost discovery/ strategy session in order to get to know each other first . I will share my journey and listen to what you have to say and any challenges you may be facing at hand. During the initial call we can also discuss package options that will best fit your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelors degree In early childhood and family counseling, have 12 credits from Montclair State University masters program in child advocacy as well being a certified behavior coach through Jai institute.
