I work collaboratively with you to address your concerns so that you can have fullfillment in your career, personal life and your relationships. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost per session is $130 per 50 minute session. Package prices are available and are discounted. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance A sliding scale is available on a limited basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for over 16 years working with children and adults in a variety of settings from inpatient psychiatric and residential treatment to outpatient clinics prior to private practice in 2010. I have a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. I am currently licensed in the state of North Carolina. I have two years of concentrated training in addictions. I am also a Certified Life Coach. I have been participating in coaching and seminar work for as long as I have been in the field working with a variety of personal development and spiritual leaders.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I help my clients in all areas including: depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, addiction, grief and creating positive lifestyle changes through a combination of life coaching and traditional psychotherapy.
