I left very specific instructions on what we wanted cleaned and it wasn't even close to completed. Whiped around items on counters, never bothering to lift anything to whipe under, none of the upstairs was vaccummed, only half of the floors downstairs were cleaned, bathrooms were barely cleaned...etc. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. On top of that I gave her a chance to make it right and she did nothing. Do not use her...waste of time and money.
