- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are determined by the service line: Real Estate Sales use standard commission rates. Property Management involves a setup fee plus a percentage of gross monthly rent. Mediation and Consulting are billed based on a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) agreement, typically utilizing a project-based or hourly rate. We offer clear, transparent pricing before engagement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ensure every client receives expert, compliant service through a clear, four-phase process: Intake & Conflict Check: We start by confirming your specific needs (Real Estate, Mediation, Consulting, etc.) and conduct an immediate, mandatory Conflict of Interest Check to protect all parties, per our internal policy. Formal Scope Definition: We define the project's exact scope, deliverables, and fees. Once aligned, we execute a written agreement (Listing Contract or Scope of Work) to formally authorize the service. Execution & Compliance: Our personnel uphold the highest professional standards, including Fiduciary Duty and strict adherence to all legal codes, ensuring the project is executed efficiently and ethically. Closure & Archiving: We finalize all transactions, reconcile accounting, and digitally archive all documents securely for the required minimum retention period (7 years).
