- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system where the prices begin at a certain rate. However, the pricing is customized and based on each individual's specific need. Clients have the option of creating a personalized regimine for healthy hair repair and management. Example Pricing: Carbon Tea Tree Detox Treatment $50.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process after my initial contact from the client via telephone or online is to schedule a consultation appointment prior to any services rendered. I use this free 15 minutes session to get to know the client, their hair needs and desires and to begin a positive relationship with the me. During the consultation session, questions and suggestions and ideas are shared between the client and me. I review medical concerns that may effect reactions to products and assess the specific outcome that the client is looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in continuing education classes and workshops throughout the year to stay current with the latest trends and styles. In addition, I also research ways to create more efficient and valuable ways to help clients achieve healthy hair.
