Mr. Ward was the first or second person on Thumbtack to contact me. I am utterly amazed at his professionalism over the phone and I was immediately put at ease. We had a rush job due to moving out of out rental home and the garage floor needed a good wash. Mr. Ward did it this past Sunday 3-5-17. He is one of the most down to earth business man I have ever met! He is the personification of an honest man and will absolutely treat you like you are a part of his family. This is my first time using Mr. Ward, but I promise you it will NOT be the last!!!
In summary, this gentleman is going to treat you right no matter what the situation calls for. I will not use anyone else ever in the future!!! Please folks, call Ian Ward and he will treat you the same way as he did me and everyone else he comes in contact with.

Genuine good business man and a man of his word. Ian and his guys cleaned my 2100sq ft vinyl sided home, no streaks or missed spots and cleaned the gutters. Excellent work, I'll recommend him to anyone that ask.

The guys showed up did an outstanding job on my screened in porch,my patio, and entire house. I had spots that i did not think would come clean, and they got them off. I will be using them again, and telling my friends about them.
