My experience with Ron's Computer Repair went very well. Ron was very polite. He picked up the laptop, removed the viruses and delivered it back to me quicker than I had expected. He sat down with us and explained what he did and how to use the programs he installed to eliminate problems in the future. I would't hesitate to call him again if I have a problem.

Very honest and friendly guy. He went above and beyond. My computer was actually toast. When Ron looked at it he did everything he could but it was really beyond help. I told him I had decided to buy new. He returned my computer and only charged me for pick up & delivery. He had set it up so that if I plugged it in it would reset to original. I did, I had nothing to lose. It worked. So far it works great. He gave me a little more time with my computer with no compensation. A rarity these days.

Hired right out of tech school in 1993 and stayed with company for 18+ years until economy forced down sizing.
