Bill was great and even showed up early! My wife bought these new bar stools and we had a heck of a time trying to assemble them; with my bad back, it makes things a little more challenging. Nonetheless, Bill came over, did the job above and beyond, and was polite and professional the entire time. The world could definitely use more Bills.
