- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a smaller company with low overhead, that give us the ability to beat most prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to suggest they write down any questions they may have about the project, then I like to go over all aspects of the job and give the customer a primary scope of work and a secondary job scope, so all options are covered and the customer can be involved through the entire project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attented a four year apprentiship program, I'm Osha 30 hour trained, cpr and first aid trained, and respirator trained.
