Hire a professional; hire Derek! I mistakenly thought I could DIY smart light switches for my home: single and 3-way poles. Nope. Thankfully, I found Derek and he was quick to respond to my need to fix my mess. In total, Derek installed 11 smart light switches; a project that I've been trying to get done for months. He was professional, enjoyable, efficient, and was incredibly patient with me rescheduling his service call. I'll definitely use him again. **Ignore the messy gang plates; I bought the wrong replacements.**
