- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very straight forward. You'll never have to worry about hidden fees or random charges. What you see on the investments tab of my website is exactly what you'll get. Returning customers receive a $25 discount on their next standard or deluxe session. Bundle packages are available by request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are so wonderful. After our initial contact, we will email or chat on the phone to square up our details and answer any additional questions that may come to mind. I arrive extra early for your session and plan to stay longer as well. I want to make sure we have all the time we need to shake off any first-time jitters.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken numerous photography courses and continue to participate in webinars and mentorships. I enjoy what I do and will continue to take classes as technology changes and advancements are made in photo editing software. I strive to provide top of the line images and therefore I work hard to make sure I've got top of the line skills.
