Matt was incredibly straightforward, honest, and such a hard working man. A number of my windows are original (40 years old). When he began washing them he had some concern that they wouldn’t appear clean. He said he didn’t feel good about charging me if they would not come clean and I needed to replace them soon. How honest is that??! I asked him to give it a go because they were so dirty. I’m so happy that he agreed because they look amazing! I believe he was more surprised than I was at well they turned out. I could not be more pleased with how sparkly the windows are now and I will absolutely call The Squeegee Guy again. They will be my go-to windowcleaning company from now on.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices that are shown are just estimates the actual price could be more or less based on the details and requirements of the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer I like to at least have a phone consultation before booking to make sure we are on the same page and your estimate is accurate. Sometimes if possible I can stop by to inspect the job or have the customer send photos to assist me with an accurate assessment of the condition of the windows.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many customers varying for small single story homes with 6 windows to large 2 story homes with 50 windows. I also have and currently work with commercial properties for small businesses to maintain a clean appearance of their storefronts.
