- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I usually provide them with a list of what will be done. The price includes the clean and if anything needs to be done extra then it may be a little more depending on the job. Residential cleans are differently priced then move out cleans. Around the holidays we typically run specials but I try to work with each clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not every home is alike and they all require different methods of cleaning. We contact the client and like to do an in-home estimate with our check off list. We give the client an option to add or remove items off the list so we can fit each clients budget, along with the clients needs and wants. We want our clients happy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with another company part time cleaning and fell in love with it. I enjoyed watching the clients come home and seeing the work performed. I have not had and unhappy client yet but it’s all about making the client happy.
