Ed was a pleasure to work with. We had a water heater that was 20+ years old and in desperate need of repair. Ed came over on a Monday and inspected the property, providing steps for how he would complete the task. On Wednesday, Ed came at the exact time he said he would and installed the new water heater in about 4 hours. I felt extremely comfortable with the process and am happy I've found someone in the Greenville area that I have confidence and trust in. Don't let his youthful look throw you off, Ed knows his stuff very well and was extremely talented. Strong recommendation for those out there needing plumbing assistance.
