T&H came very promptly, analyzed the situation and fixed the immediate problem. However, they did not waive the service call fee and I felt like their pricing was overall too high. I do need additional work done, but their estimate was the highest of the 4 bids I got. For that reason I chose a different pro for the other work.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing—no surprises. Our standard service fee helps cover the cost of sending a trained technician to your home and includes a system assessment. We offer competitive pricing, and any repair costs will be clearly explained before any work begins. Be sure to ask about seasonal specials, financing options, and our Maintenance Membership for added savings and priority service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
