Aleks was always upfront about his pricing and schedule. As someone that works in the construction field, with a background in residential, being responsive and honest is of the upmost importance to me alongside of quality. His team was phenomenal, we have an older home, so they went above and beyond to ensure our space was safe if we discovered anything that may be of concern. We will definitely be doing more work in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will know the price upfront with no hidden fees or surprises plus we do not have trip charges and you do not pay if we cannot fix it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather relevant information at the customers house for a quote. For a small job give an instant price and possibly start right away or for bigger jobs get back with the customer with the quote within couple days or less. If price is right we sign a contract with customer and request a deposit for materials (usually 1/2 or 1/3 depending on job) and start work usually within couple days or couple weeks depending on availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associate degree in building construction from Greenville Technical College.
