Allen was absolutely wonderful! He asked all the right questions about what needed to be accomplished. He called the day before to verify his appointment and confirm the time. On the day of our appointment Allen arrived on time and began immediately. He was a self started and did not waste any time asking irrelevant questions. The quality of his work was excellent and he cleaned up as he went. Our project list was lengthy with numerous small items, Allen methodically worked through the list using all his own tools. He came thoroughly prepared. He was respectful, polite and very professional!!! Thank you RAM
