Mr. Brown was very prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my wife’s questions and was patient as the kids were running around. He checked both of the units and did not try to find problems that was not there. Mr. Brown was the most reasonable and affordable. We previously told our unit needed replacing but he said the unit still had a lot of years left. A+ service!
