- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive for the market and the quality that we provide. We do have a consultation fee for a job assessment, but that is waived if you hire us to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is have a simple conversation with you about the services that you are seeking, to ensure that we can understand and meet your goals. From there, we will walk through the process with you, start to finish. Making sure you understand what is taking place is key, and helps us in creating a seamless transition into a completed project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Master Electrician has been in the electrical field for almost his entire working career, and is certified through the Municipal Association of South Carolina, as well as certified and licensed through the South Carolina Labor Licensing and Regulations board.
