Ian was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and did exactly what we wanted. He got the job done in less time than I thought it would take. I will use this company for any electrical work in the future.

After 2 days of trying to figure it out and fix it myself I finally asked for help. Within 2 mins of filling out a request on Thumbtack I got a call from I.D Electrical and he was at my house in about 30 mins later. He checked all breakers with a voltmeter and determined what the problem was real fast. He then checked outlets that were out and found a few more issues and replaced bad outlets. He checked my outdoor panel and found other serious issues. I am so glad I called them. The price was fair and worth every penny. Being that it is a 1996 built mobile home I feel much safer. I’d highly recommend them. I will have them come back when it’s time to convert the garage into living space.

We had a concerning electrical issue arise all of a sudden and put out a call for someone to come take a look. ID Electrical was here within 20 minutes, thoroughly evaluated what was going on, determined it was an issue with a Duke Energy line, told us specifically how to communicate it to Duke and also put in a call to Duke themselves. Very professional, very kind, very helpful even going the extra mile! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ian and Dane are top notch electricians with extensive experience. They assembled and installed a new LED ceiling fan and a dining room lighting fixture for me. I would and will hire them in a heartbeat again.
