Hi, I'm Eric Rochester, owner-operator of Playtime Assembly. My wife and I have a 11 yr old son and a 6 yr old daughter.
We started installations on backyard play equipment in 2014 and expanded out to assembling IKEA, furniture, and pretty much anything that comes with a manual that needs to be put together. Eric and his team were great! They arrived on time and did an awesome job! I really appreciate that he took time to evaluate the area where I wanted my gazebo to go. He noticed my patio was not level and before they started working he pointed everything out to me and he talked me through the options. I valued his experience and expertise and took his advice. Playtime Assembly did an excellent job of assembling and installing two 10 x 12 metal roof gazebos. It started with their prompt response to my request for a quotation for the project. They asked relevant questions about the project, which gave me confidence in their knowledge about the work. Once I accepted the quotation, they followed up with me about when they could do the job. When that was established, they stayed in touch with me. They arrived promptly that morning. They were organized, kept the work area clean, completed both gazebos, cleaned up all the packing material. I couldn't be more pleased with their performance on project from start to finish.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was inside Lowe's as I was walking out this lady was trying to fit a refrigerator inside of her SUV I told her it's best not to turn the refrigerator over. however she explained she's never driven a box truck, and companies are to expensive or no companies offer the service of picking up products from other stores. I offered to deliver it for her. As I unloaded the refrigerator and sit it up for her just seeing the happiness in her I felt good so from then own out I started my own business. we're growing day by day.
