What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size and condition of the space. the type of cleaning needed, the frequency of service, and any additional services requested. I provide clear pricing based on the specific scope of work so customers know what is included.
For recurring cleaning services, pricing maybe ore favorable that a one time cleaning. Additional services or special requests may have an additional charge, which will be discussed with the customer in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first take time to understand their cleaning needs, priorities, and expectations. I discuss the type of space, areas that need special attention, frequency of service, and any specific requestions or concerns.
I prefer to walk through the space with the customer when possible so I can properly assess the work and provide an accurate estimate.
Once we agree on the scope of work and pricing, I confirm the details and schedule the service. On the day of cleaning, I work carefully and methodically, paying close attention to detail and treating the customer's property with respect.
My goal is to provide professional and dependable service leaving every space feeling fresh clean organized and welcoming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed training through NxLeveL Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program offered by the Benedict College, Women's Business Center. This offered me valuable education in entrepreneurship and business development. I also gained hands-on experience working with other cleaning businesses. I learned the art of professional cleaning, attention to detail, organization, proper cleaning techniques and how to provided quality service. I continue to build on gained experience.
