Perry did an excellent job in repairing a rental home for me. He repaired and replaced/installed flooring, installed underpinning, installed/repaired GFI unit, corrected the dryer vent so the air wouldn’t go back into the home, replaced window screen, and fixed the back steps of the home. He also disassembled a falling storage shed and hauled it way. Perry was like a one stop shop and was able to complete all the projects efficiently and neatly. His workmanship and reliability are definitely top notch.
