- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is in line with other Thumbtack Pros in the area. I would also give a discount to all veterans that have been in the service. that would be around 10% discount. and also I will give a discount to senior citizens as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would make sure that I understand what the customer needs are, and then I would fulfill their needs to the best of my ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well, I'm used to working in tobacco fields before I went in the service. and also we had Gardens and Fields to plow. also we had to chop our own wood for heat. I am a high school grad with some colleges courses while I was in the Marines.
