The team was professional and thorough! They installed our new HVAC at a fair price and had us up and running by 2:00 pm! They even checked back with us to make sure we had a replacement filter ans make sure everything was running to our satisfaction! They also took extra time to Landscape around the new unit to make sure it matched with the rest of the landscaping around it.

Russel & Jay with Allstar Pros did the best job on diagnosing & finding the parts to fix a Carrier heating unit for a friend of mine. Russell is also the most professional person I've ever talked to and with lots of tedious work they completed the job to perfection! No need to call anyone else 😊

Our HVAC replacement journey started with Russell coming to give us an estimate on replacing our HVAC unit. He was professional, yet friendly, and detail oriented. We have interviewed several companies to get bids and Russell is the only one to actually go and measure the home to get the exact square footage and to take into consideration how many windows etc. are in the house. He provided us with the facts and was not high high-pressure. He was patient with us and answered our questions, thoroughly and professionally.Two days later, the crew came to install a new HVAC system! They were amazing! They explained everything they were doing and had us up & running by 2:00 pm! They took extra steps to make sure the outside unit was level and everything was cleaned up..including the landscaping around the unit! Russel even took extra time to talk to one of my neighbors who needed to replace his HVAC systemWords cannot express the appreciation I have for Russell, JoJo & Jay! This team is amazing and I am forever grateful for all they did for us!
