Russel & Jay with Allstar Pros did the best job on diagnosing & finding the parts to fix a Carrier heating unit for a friend of mine. Russell is also the most professional person I've ever talked to and with lots of tedious work they completed the job to perfection! No need to call anyone else 😊

It was late on January 30th in frigid weather with a snowstorm predicted to start & the heat went out.We contacted All Star Air Pros & were grateful that although it was very late they were able to come out quickly. They did an initial inspection & were able to restore the heat. But Sunday morning the thermostat seemed to revert to some unknown program & was in lock mode with the heat off & temperature dropping.Luckily I was able to text All Star Pros' JoJo Richards who instructed me to turn the furnace circuit breaker off & on to reboot the system. That was a godsend. Heat was again restored.On the next day our heating system was repaired & a new thermostat & the Air Scrubber System were installed.From beginning to end All Star Air Pros were extremely helpful. JoJo Richards introduced us to & explained the Air Scrubber System & made himself accessible on Sunday, providing a solution to keep the heat on until Monday when he returned to work on the system. The point being, All Stars Air Pro will do their utmost to take care of you. - & you don't get better than that.
