SoFull Creations was an absolute delight from start to finish! We use them to cater or church anniversary. The stuffed salmon, which was perfectly tender with a creamy white sauce is unbelievably good. She also, did braised short rib and Mac and cheese that was a showstopper—the ribs quite literally melted off the bone. Trice the owner always goes out her way to ensure we have everything we need, each time we order. She is very attentive w, while offering exceptional customer service.
