- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free on-site assessments in order to provide customers with the most accurate estimate I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make initial contact with the customer and get a detailed description of what their project consists of. The more information they can provide the better. I then check their availability to do an on-site assessment. During the assessment I record the materials required to perform the work and analyze the approximate time it will take to complete. Once I gather this information, I price the materials in order to give them the most accurate estimate, and give them a total estimated price including materials and labor.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Does the professional's availability times match their personal availability? Does the project require additional personnel or resources that the professional need to sufficiently complete the project?
