I'm very impressed and pleased with the services and extensive knowledge of all flooring aspects of Elite Flooring, a family owned and operated business run by The Fogles that is located in Columbia, SC. I originally ordered a Prefinished Oak Hardwood Floor for my kitchen to be installed by The Home Depot, they sent a crew if six to install my very expensive flooring that I had spent months saving for and when they said they were finished installing my flooring my base boards didn't meet my flooring, there were many nails threw the face of my brand new hardwood flooring and my kitchen floor didn't even meet the tile flooring in my dining room. I called The Home Depot and insisted they send someone to repair this crew's mistakes and after a week and numerous harassing phone calls to The Home Depot by myself and my family the finally sent Elite Flooring. Elite Flooring arrived to my house a week after the initial installation by the first crew they found my base boards didn't meet my flooring my hardwood flooring had many nails threw its face and my kitchen floor and dining room floor didn't meet and my brand new expensive flooring was already bucking in several places and I was beyond devasted. The first thing Elite Flooring did was aplozie to me and my family for something they had no part or cause in. After aplozing to us for something beyond their control and in no way invoking them they then went above and beyond to take time to explain first what caused all of this to start with and addressing all our concerns and questions, then they patiently explained to use every option for repairing the damage and preventing any further future damages. Elite flooring then patiently waited on us to discuss what option was best for us before they ever started the repairs to a mistake of another company never once rushing us. Elite Flooring turned a hoirrible experience with The Home Depot completely around for me and my family. Elite Flooring went out of there way to treat us like part of their family. Thank you Fogle family for repairing our floor without costing us to go into debt and treating us like part of your family the whole time and respecting us by sharing your knowledge but allowing us to make our own choices . I would highly recommend Elite Flooring to anyone who needs any flooring work or flooring repair done who wants professional coursetsy and service .

When my floor started buckling, I thought I was going to have to pay thousands of dollars for a new floor, but Jeff was able to fix the issue. For a few hundred dollars, my floor is good as new. Jeff and his team were quick, courteous, and did outstanding work. When it is time for new floors, he already has the job.

Hiring this guy was the biggest mistake I have made in my adult life. Heed my advice, avoid this guy at all costs. I won't get into the details, but I finished the job that he wouldn't. Oh, by the way come get your tools before they are given away!

Jeff Fogle did an amazing job installing the carpet in my new office. He was a life saver. I asked him for his help at the very last minute after another contractor stood me up and he quickly responded. The install was perfect. I really appreciate the fact that Jeff adjusted his schedule to get me into my office building. I look forward to working with Jeff on another project at my office.
