What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system isn't really "complicated" but my pricing can be customized by creating packages based around the needs of the customer. QuickBooks and other PC software training can be customized to as little as 1-2 hours with an individual all the way up to a 2-day session with your office staff or other small group. Social media services range from a consultation all the way up to the full service of website implementation and complete online presence management.

Absolutely! I am a perpetual learner. Social media and Internet marketing is constantly changing. In addition to taking social media and Internet marketing courses and seminars I follow many industry related blogs. I also keep up with the latest changes and information from Intuit on QuickBooks as the information comes out.
