- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do itemize pricing, not hourly. We don't charge any service fee. In most cases we can come out to give free estimate. But in some cases, such as distance, time you would like us to come, or size of job we will charge to come out. If hired, that charge would be credited to the total bill. We also like to give 5% discounts to teachers, realtors, and grandmothers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best education for the field of plumbing and electrical is experience. Not only do I have credentials in both fields, I have thousands of hours of experience. Which would trump anything I would learn about both fields from any book. I've been an electrician since 1998 and a plumber since 2003.
