Erik did a great job, he was very meticulous about his work, after he installed the dishwasher he tested it to make sure it worked and that there was no leaking. I highly recommend. imperial Services and would hire him again.

Erik was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived and on time to the appointment. He installed my dishwasher and fixed sink that was leaking.
I would definitely recommend him for any repairs or plumbing that you may need.

Respondly quickly and was able to help us within 24 hours from our initial inquiry. Erik fixed our office's ballast and cleaned up behind himself. Very personable. We would definitely call on Imperial Services again for any electrical or plumbing needs!

Had a great experience with Erik. He Did professional work and was very pleasant to work with and talk to. Came the same day and finished the work in good time. He put in kitchen drains and garbage disposal, bathroom drains I ended up needing a couple shut off valves changed out. He did quality work and he is very efficient. I’m so glad he was the first to respond. Thanks Erik for making this work stress free for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do itemize pricing, not hourly. We don't charge any service fee. In most cases we can come out to give free estimate. But in some cases, such as distance, time you would like us to come, or size of job we will charge to come out. If hired, that charge would be credited to the total bill. We also like to give 5% discounts to teachers, realtors, and grandmothers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best education for the field of plumbing and electrical is experience. Not only do I have credentials in both fields, I have thousands of hours of experience. Which would trump anything I would learn about both fields from any book. I've been an electrician since 1998 and a plumber since 2003.
